A successful breastfeeding journey begins before baby is even born! Research has shown that receiving breastfeeding education and support during pregnancy results in a greater likelihood of achieving breastfeeding goals.

You will leave this prenatal breastfeeding class feeling more prepared and confident in your ability to breastfeed your baby! You will learn about the benefits of breastfeeding, how to breastfeed your baby, what to expect in the first few days, the normal course of breastfeeding, and where/when to get help if things get complicated. Whether you are a first time parent ready to learn all the basics of breastfeeding or a seasoned parent desiring to have a better breastfeeding outcome this time around, you will feel more knowledgeable leaving this class.

Registration includes class admission for one pregnant parent and one support person, as well as a copy of The Womanly Art of Breastfeeding.
